The last evening of the year deserves an exceptional dinner. On New Year’s Eve, December 31, we are serving a festive menu at U Matěje Kotrby, starring a T-bone steak from Czech Beef Čestr. It comes with three sides: fried pressed potatoes with lovage mayonnaise, grilled celeriac with black garlic, apples and wild garlic, and roasted pointed cabbage with bacon and jus, finished with a red wine and bone marrow sauce. The whole menu is priced at 2,995 CZK.
