Garden open even for lunch menus!
As we do every year, we’ve prepared a special St. Martin’s Day menu for you, which you can enjoy at U Matěje Kotrby from November 6 through 15. You can look forward to traditional fall flavors with our unique twist—a duck foie gras slider with roasted apples and sea buckthorn, goose soup with seasonal vegetables and lovage oil, or confit goose leg with braised red and pointed cabbage, potato cones, and Karlovy Vary-style dumplings. For a sweet finish, we’ll serve gingerbread bread pudding with pears and a stout foam. You can also treat yourself to a glass of St. Martin’s wine to accompany the menu.
